Challenge

Spectrum Smart Cities is an incubator dedicated to making our cities work better for governments, businesses and, most importantly, the people that live within them. However, they faced the challenge of operating within the broader Spectrum brand ecosystem, while needing to stand out as a future-focused tech innovator.

Insight

Through speaking with city stakeholders, we discovered standing out meant not talking about products, as Spectrum might be inclined to do, but elevate outcomes they deliver for cities and their citizens’ experience. We also found these stakeholders are incredibly short on time and needed a simplified way to make the case for working with Smart Cities.

Solution

We built a new digital face to the world for Smart Cities, including a reimagined website and communications which put the network at the center, while making solutions easy to discover and share. The design reinforces that Spectrum is already the underlying infrastructure in your city—so the solutions ready to make your city smarter from day one.
